Workshop places
will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of your
$100.00 deposit OR full payment by cash, cheque, money
order or credit card. Registration can be by post. Fax
or email.

Bird full payment on registration $88.00 per day plus $10 administration fee-pay in full when registering before 14 August 2008.

Bird deposit on registration -$99.00 per day plus $10 administration fee-pay a deposit of $100 when registering and remainder paid by 14 August 2008.

Standard
Fee $110 per day plus $10 administration fee payment of bookings after 14 August 2008.
- Optional or compulsory kits will be available for some workshops.

The daily
cost includes morning and afternoon tea.

sheets, tax invoice and other details will be sent to
you on registration.
